Who we are

This website is operated by Technafrik Technologies Ghana (“Technafrik”, “we”, “us”), an engineering and technology company based in Accra, Ghana. For any privacy question, contact us at info@technafrik.com or +233 547 919 809.

What we collect

• Contact enquiries. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number and company name if you choose to provide them.
• Job applications. When you apply for a role we collect your name, email address, phone number, possible starting date, your CV document, and any motivation letter you include.
• Technical data. Our servers record standard request information such as IP address and browser type. We use this only to keep the site secure and to limit automated abuse of our forms.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data through this site, and we ask that you do not include them in form messages.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you request.
• To assess your application and communicate with you about recruitment.
• To protect the website and our systems against misuse.

We rely on your consent, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.

Who sees it

Form submissions are delivered by email to Technafrik staff. We use service providers to host the site and deliver email; they process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising. Some providers may process data outside Ghana; where they do, we rely on the contractual protections they offer.

How long we keep it

• Enquiry messages: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.
• CV documents and application details: up to 12 months after the recruitment decision, unless you ask us to keep your details on file, then deleted.
• Technical logs: short-lived and rotated on a rolling basis, normally within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may ask us to give you access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@technafrik.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently set advertising cookies or use third-party analytics that identify you. If we introduce analytics, we will update this page before doing so.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
